With a background in nuclear engineering along with banking and securities law, David has had a broad range of business experience. His principal activities after the practise of law have included:
- co-owner and manager of a leading railway rolling stock leasing company
- managing director of a structured finance firm in a joint venture with a major bank
He has had a particular focus on the tax effective structuring of acquisitions and project finance.
