Crystal Clear has three separate locations, with multiple cash flows and property valuations, included a restaurant that had been on a long-term lease with Pizza Hut. One property had potential environmental issues that Strategic played an instrument role in ensuring the most appropriate environmental company was hired to conduct the Phase 1 review.
